This is a fast-paced, collaborative process working with the client usually in a series of workshops to unravel the core problems and opportunities. Discovery clarifies the challenges and objectives, and fosters a shared understanding of the required outcome for the project. During Discovery, we carry out market research, competitor analysis, customer profiling and initial ideas to identify commercial opportunities and focuses the team around a set of strategic objectives to put us on the pathway to success.
